Arabic text-to-speech: the test queue
Three tools whose source mentions speech or voice. We have not listened.
Arabic voice-over is requested in a Saudi or Egyptian dialect, among others. Our test is fixed sentences: a tech bulletin, numbers and a date, a Najdi line, and a mix with English. Listens are not recorded, so there is no opinion score. The list is short on purpose: we do not put a video tool here just because it makes sound unless the source says so. ElevenLabs lists Arabic. Azure is a speech service with Arabic locales. Arabic.AI mentions speech in an enterprise layer with no public price.
